I ordered some TPATH stuff from the store on the website. It said that if i ordered by 3 p.m. they'd ship my order the same day. Well...it's been three days and every time I check for shipping info, it says there isn't any shipping info available. Has anyone else had issues with the store?

I want my TPATH glass and shot glass!

I think the real question should be "Who hasn't had problems with Fanfire?"

For example, I ordered 4 of the glass/shot glass sets around Valentines Day. First, it took almost 3 weeks for them to arrive. When they did arrive, there were no shot glasses, just the beer glasses. I had to call 3 times before I got someone who didn't just tell me I didn't order the set, I only ordered the beer glasses. When I finally got someone that realized I had ordered the set, which I offered to fax them a copy of my order showing I ordered the set, it took another month to get anything from them. BUT when I opened the box which I thought would be 4 shot glasses (silly me) lo and behold, another 4 beer glasses!!!

I couldn't go through the routine again so I just kept the beer glasses. So now I'm shot glassless. I think it's easier to live with that than deal with Fanfire again!

Good luck to you! Keep us posted on what month you're glasses arrive!!! LOL

I returned two items of clothing to Fanfire months ago and have yet to see the adjustment on my credit card.

here's an update...

i called this morning and they had shipped my stuff on the day i ordered!!!! WOW! They didn't update my order status on the website though. THey gave me a tracking number for UPS and according to that, I should have my holiday glass pack this monday! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I actually get what I ordered.

Four words regarding fanfire, (although they come through in the end), don't hold your breath.
