Since you made it public, it's not like you're hiding behind an "alias" and your picture is clearly displayed on the website; therefore, I would say you would have had an EXCELLENT case for defamation of character, if it was not for the fact YOU made it public. It was a private PM.

There is NO LAW whatsoever that prevents anyone from speculating on other's proclivities, in private. When it crosses the line into the public domain and implants a doubt in people's mind, THEN you may have a case for defamation. But, YOU made a private message public. You DON'T have a case in hell for defamation.

You need to read up on the law witi. All it takes for a case is one person, saying to another person something about me as if it were fact that was untrue. This is a very serious thing that nel is accusing me of, and I do not take it lightly. I wouldn't care if she called me "Stupid" or "Mean" or something like that. But to suggest that I'm hitting on teenage girls...is a very serious charge that could absolutely defame my character.
