^Mike, stay strong, dude. I can't even imagine being in your situation but you appear to be handling it very well- better than I ever would. Hang in there.

^^ oh Mike, that sounds really hard! Holidays are always harder on people because there are so many expectations and so much pressure on families to 'have a great time'.Unfortunately, not all families do get on. Don't let anybody treat you bad. I they need some space to sort themselves out, step away if you can.

< Is very tired right now. My family and I are in New York right now. We are staying until Sunday, and I did some major shopping today. My mom and I ate dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. I tooke some pictures there including ones of Tom Petty's shirt and a signed Tom Petty guitar! Tomorrow we are doing some more shopping and we are going sight seeing. I will post the pictures when I get a chance!

< today was ok. i was so sad all day and i guess i will be for awhile. i just kinda hung around but my aunt carla called and we talked about things and she made me feel better saying that my dads family always loves my mom they just cant get in the middle of it, and that they dont approve of what my dads doing, but again they dont wanna get in the middle which i understand. i just miss them so much and its weird cuz i only see them every couple months and after im content but i really miss them. well xmas isnt far away. and my friends kara and joe i just talked to and that helped too....all this support from everyone thank u

<saw "Bobby" tonight...WOWza. Even Lindsay Lohan failed to put a cloud over it! I really loved it, of course I'm biased because I'm obsessed with the era...but it's moving when you can hear older people in the theater who are crying because they REMEMBER that day..

< Today was sooo busy. Earlier today, my mom and I went to the Empire State Building. I took some pictures from the top of it which was really cool. It was really nice up there. Then, we went to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. I cannot tell you how much fun that was! I took pictures of basically everything there! I loved it there. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a Tom Petty wax replica, but there was one of Bob Dylan! We ate lunch at Planet Hollywood which wasn't that good. The Hard Rock Cafe was way better!

< had a really good day. wil came at 3 and i havent seen him in like a year. for those of u that dont know, we were really close and best friends and he was the bassist in my band but im so glad we're talking and hanging out again. he just left a little over an hr ago and we're gonna hang again so im happy that the friendship is still there
<'s dad came over today and he took me driving in his lincoln i did horrible partly cuz i really did not wanna see him. i like that he tried and all but i really need time away from him.
< has a butt load of hw to do tomorrow since i put it all off.....

< have to be in work at 4:30am on Monday so that means I have to get up at 3am, YUCK

<I had a really great day. We had our 2nd Thanksgiving and I helped with the turkey!

<was called a "sexy Irish motherfucker" by some group of guys standing outside the Starbucks tonight after I got my coffee. Hmmm..
