< Just got back from the movie theatre. I saw the Prestige with a couple of friends. The movie was very good and surprising. I highly recommend seeing it!
< My brother's birthday is tommorrow and mine is Monday so we are going to the Hard Rock Cafe to celebrate both of our birthdays tomorrow. I am so excited because I have never been there before, and I have been wanting to go there for a while!

Yeah and it's over before you know it
It all goes by so fast
The bad nights take forever
And the good nights don't ever seem to last

< just got back from mystic, ct. we left yesterday around 230ish and didnt get there till almost 6. and we went to this place called mystic pizza, which happened to be where julia roberts' first movie was filmed/was about. and the pizza there was sooo good. and the rest of the night i walked around town with my mom and gma, talked on the fone with earda in the lobby lol. then this morning me and my grandma went to the mystic seaport and walked around and saw the boats and other sea related things. it was great spending time with her. so overall the vacation sucked till i went to the seaport. but i got 2 shirts, so overall it was fun. now im just relaxing for the rest of the weekend....

< went to see Alejandro Escovedo last night. It was most amazing! This man is a true artist. It was just him and his Boxing Mirror lead guitarist, David Pulkingham (also amazing) and his songs sounded just as beautiful stripped down as they do with the full band/orchestra. The greatest part of the show was the encore. They came out into the audience (small club, about 100 people) and sang - no mikes, nothing. They moved to three different parts of the club so everyone could get in on the experience. When by us, they sang a good portion of the song a capella and it was so good and sounded so pure. What an experience.

Damn right he is. Saw him in London back in May and he was amazing. Just waiting to see if and when they're releasing his Austin City Limits performance - I've seen a few snippets and again, it's wonderful.

<Can't wait for next week; only 2.5 days of school because of tofurkey day. That means 4.5 days to finish the books, essays, projects, scholarships I've been procrastinating and/or haven't had time to do.

< had a terrible last night / today. last night my dads sister / my aunt called to lecture me about how to act toward my dad and that he did nothing wrong and that i should talk to him. and she was just kinda placing a lot of blame on me. on top of that today in math my teacher yelled at me for ppl throwing stuff in my hair...like im asking for it. so i have to move my seat away from everyone. i just cant stand it anymore.......im gonna go talk to schultz and let him know that i can be better and calmer if thats the problem but dont yell at me for something ppl are doing to me. and my aunt trying to do that to me...i thought we were close. but they just dont think my dad did anything wrong......
so i have hw to do, should get going.

<Just got back from my 4th straight day of work. School was great today. I found out I have a 97 (the 2nd highest average in my class) in AP English, which is a big deal cuz most people in the class have taken another AP English before and I haven't. So glad I don't have to go into work tommorow, even though I do on Wed. I did the dishes tonight as I usually do but for some reason my mom was more appreciative than usual.

> Had a TERRIBLE day! My sister had to go get the results of her sleeping test today and my mom was gonna go with her. I was gonna have a relaxing afternoon to give my back some rest. Just on my way back home my sister calls me on my mobile asking if I could go with her to the sleepclinic, because my dad had collapsed at work and was at the hospital with my mom! Eek Frown That freaked me out pretty bad! I went to the clinic with my sister and it took us ages to get there with the heavy traffic and when we got there the fucking professor told us that the test (they took three months ago) had failed and had to be redone!! What happened to a phonecall to tell us not to bother coming all the way over there???? Mad
Okay, going back home, first checking in on my parents, but they weren't back from the hospital yet after nearly 4 hours!! Finally when they got home, my dad's hand was in plaster up to his elbow! He has broken a bone in his hand! He also had a wound on his head from the fall! Aparently he just collapsed in the parkinglot on his way to his car! He was severely dizzy. They still need to figure out why he was so dizzy though.
Not a day I want to go through daily!! Frown
