Mikemono-
seems it is hard in the USA to get locations to play at, just as it is here in Germany.
What kind of music do you play?

< it is hard. im only 15, thats one of the reasons why its hard. we play soft rock and rock and roll, we cover tpath a lot, we sound like them too.
but there are kid bands around here that get loads of gigs, but they're not going anywhere. its just a dead end here in albany. thats why i hope that when my album is done i can send it to record companies and places all over the world so i can go somewhere with my music.

> Thank you folks for your kind wishes.
We wound up having a nice time in spite of ourselves. (You know that the 50th Anniversary is the Gold Anniversary, and the 25th is the Silver. Well, it seems that the 18th is the Chinese All You Can Eat Buffet Anniversary.) We went out to eat with 2 other couples. Everyone's fortune cookie arrived. We agreed to read them out loud and add the words "in bed". Thus, my fortune was "you are very strong and brave...in bed", and Steve's was "you have an active mind and a keen imagination...in bed". We all laughed ourselves silly. The waiter came over to see if we were choking on the food. It gave us a whole new perspective as we left the restaurant and headed into year number 19.
