Actually, I started doing that recently. I also started seeing a therapist. So far, I like him. I have only met with him twice. I just figured that it's time to get my life back and I am willing to do whatever it takes. I'm tired of living perfectly locked inside myself. Hope I am making sense right now, I am so tired.

To add to everything, I have to deal with a broken foot now. I broke it yesterday trying to teach my son and nephew how to do a handstand. Well, I ended up taking a pretty hard fall while doing that. Lets just say I suck at handstands. Thats what my brother wrote on my cast, lol!!
