I've never used the will call pick-up before and wondered how early we should show up to get in line. I figure if they sold 2000 member tickets and they all have to be picked up at will call, it could take awhile. Anybody have any idea? I'm going to the Pittsburgh show at the PG Amphitheater. Thanks

We always try to show up an hour or more before the gates open and scope the situation out.
Every venue is different, but we have not had much trouble retrieving our will call tickets in the past - even at large venues. My wife says she had to wait in a 30 minute or more line at San Diego once - but she loves people watching so its all good Crazy in love with Rock and Roll. |

I never had a problem. (knock on wood)
Gainesville took the longest because the opened the box office pretty late. The Hollywood Bowl, I sat there forever waiting because they weren't releasing the tickets or they had not arrived went back twice to that line. lol So don't get there too early. Doesn't help anything. You can call the different venue box office on a weekday the day before the show and they should be able to tell what time to come. ************************************** Blues is the roots, everything else is the fruits (Bo Diddley) |

Wait in the parking lot, and when you see some people with happy faces heading back for a bit of tailgating with tickets in hand, then you know its ok to go to the box office for will call. lol

That sounds pretty good to me. Once tickets are in hand, that calls for a little more tailgating, as long as it's only Nehi and Kools, LOL
