I, as a Canadian, was not allowed to buy tickets to this show on Ticketmaster through HCC because the default country was United States of America and could NOT be changed!!! I missed my chance on tickets to MONDAY and TUESDAY'S shows...and get this, I have already, stupidly, booked my flight to LA for those dates.

Now I am royally SCREWED. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!

That's a rough one. I didn't see a "U.S. Residents Only" notation anywhere. Hopefully the Highway Companions gods will help you out here.

Did you use ticketmaster.com or ticketmaster.ca?

I used both...I started with ticketmaster.com and logged in with all my settings, pulled up tickets, couldn't buy them. THen I logged into ticketmaster.ca, logged in once again, pulled tickets, and could not buy them. I couldn't change the country from United States of America to anywhere else.

If they aren't sold out....

Does anybody have the phone number for Ticketmaster in Southern California?

Maybe you can still call and order. Tell them what happened.

^ Hey Tara - so sorry to hear about this fiasco! I work in public events (House Managing and Ticket Sales) at a theater in Northern California. Even when a show is "Sold Out" - the distributor AND the theater often hold what are sometimes called "house seats". They are a handful of seats that are never to be sold "just in case". I don't know what Ticketmaster/East End's policies are, but I'm assuming they would also do the same thing.
Keep your fingers crossed and when you have the chance, makes some calls.
Hopefully they can rectify the situation (and they BETTER!) but if push comes to shove, hopefully some generous soul on here can help!
