I emailed etix a week ago and have heard nothing yet. I am going to follow the May 12-13 advice of FireflyElf and Exo to contact help@tompetty.com today. (I have been occupied with out of town company all week.) I am getting so anxious and angry about this that I am starting to dream about it!
