We are just now getting around to the redeeming process and we are having lots of trouble.

My wife's username and/or password are being called incorrect. They are in fact correct and I verified this with Fanfire on the phone.

Got through the process with my son's data, but the $160.00 charge still showed up even after we inputed the code. Within 5 minutes the Visa company called and suspected fraud.

Any similar problems from others? Any advice?

This is such a PITA, I may just pass on the shirts/books, etc...

Did you read the instructions?

I think you put in your coupon code and then

I think you hit the refresh button the tax and shipping comes up with the deduction of $160.00 and then an order number.

The same thing happened to me--the $160 charge did not disappear-i emailed fanfire but no reply as yet--also I am ticked to find out that the $25 voucher expired on June 1st--thats unfair--i was never informed the voucher had an
expiration date--the email I received from Ticketmaster regarding the package simply stated that it had to be redeemed by Augsut 8th--no mention whatsoever of the coupon expiring
