August 8th is two weeks away. If anyone still has vouchers left to redeem for the t-shirt, book, coupon, and download... your time is running out. (I'm only guessing here, but I bet the Mudcrutch download won't even be offered or just won't work anymore.. I could be wrong.)

Also, I hope your codes still work b/c I have three that I never used that aren't valid. I've attempted for three weeks to get a response from tp.com, but have heard nothing. Good luck! Hope I didn't just eat $460.

I have a word of warning. Check your credit card soon after redeeming your codes. I was charged $160 when I redeemed my two and Kay was charged $320 when she redeemed her two. This is on top of being charged for the tickets back in January (well, I was never charged, but that's yet another matter). I've been trying to get a response from FanFire for over a month now...with no success. We are afraid to dispute the charges on the outside chance they cancel our tickets.

ZZ the $25.00 coupons on the Dream package expired long ago. There is a post in this section of a kind fan who reminded us to use them

The ten dollar code was for the Highway Companion Club and I assuming that is the one that is expiring now.

lol.. Carol.. I'm talking about the code that takes you to the store and gives you $160 off for the book, and shirt.. and THEN later an e-mail will come for the $25 store voucher. THAT code expires on the 8th. So if you haven't cashed in for your book and shirt, you have two weeks to do so.

That was the first thing I did when I realized I hadn't been charged. I've since printed a copy of the order from Ticketmaster as proof that I bought the tickets and they had my billing information...just in case.

That's all you need for the ticket and it has the credit card you used. I'll bet you find the charge there on the date and statement.

The $160 was suppose to zero out after you put the code in. Not the coupon number, the code. If you did that wrong, Fanfire has to issue an immediate credit to your card. Did you get your book and t-shirt OK?

I was charged for the tickets, by Ticketmaster. This is so confusing!

I called FanFire today and they supposedly have already issued a credit for the $160 charge, which I should see on my credit card in a couple of days.

At least they are nice when you talk to them. But I wish they could get their systems worked out.

I did it the first day and there is a thread. It had a flaw but it didn't do anything and then I just waited. Been there done that. lol

There was only one charge from TM and then just acknowledgement from Fanfire so the code zeroed it out. They received 160 from TM

It sure was a lot easier when Fanfire did this tickets but now that it is Live Nation well I don't know. These companies are just too big it doesn't work.

Fanfire is the absoulte worst ! I refuse to buy anything from them and always give my coupons away to anyone who wants them with a warning to watch you bill and do not expect your goods anytime soon.

^ Yep, they ended up billing me for the book and T-shirt which I FINALLY rec'd after months, but of course it was supposed to have been free - part of the package. However, I have to say, that when I phoned them to complain, they were very nice and accomodating and polite with me. They wiped it off my VISA bill no problem.

Tomorrow is the day.

I waited until almost the last minute, because I simply dreaded dealing with Fanfire online. However, I called them, and a very nice person (Sandy) walked me through my first of four orders. I was glad I called, because the process is not very intuitive, IMO.

I did have to open up a Fanfire acct. with username and password. However, it all turned out to be pretty easy. Here is the phone number, if anyone wants to call FF for assistance: 1-800-767-7160.

I just got e-mails today that the shirts I ordered with my coupons are both backordered. I wonder what my chances are of ever getting them now that the tour is almost over.

I received emails today with vouchers for $25 off merchandise. The vouchers expire June 1, 2008!!

Thanks for posting the FanFire phone number. I got Sandy when I called and she was very helpful regarding my missing 2008 Tour T-shirt (back ordered at present but she assures me that I will eventually get it).

OK, Athena, I'll try the vouchers next. I want that Highway companion tee shirt with the gas pump, bed, plate, and TP on the front.

All four packages arrived today--two days earlier than I expected!! And the tee shirts are those nice soft gray ones with the TPATH logo with the pink heart. Think I will wear mine to the Glendale show next week!!

I got my 2 bumper stickers yesterday, but no word about the poster. Shirts still on backorder.
