For the ETix dream packages, the mudcrutch download certificates have not come and we only received 1 out of 4 t-shirts/books (and I think that one was from a conversation I had with etix, not from the etix order form through fanfire). Can you assist?

Thanks!

Yersobad, you really need to call etix and verify they have all of your tickets and if so why they haven't forwarded a credit to Fanfire.

Thanks, Firefly! I wasn't getting any help from etix (they seem very confused) but it finally all got straightened out : )

I've never heard anything from my "dream package" either. Not a bloody word. I guess nothing is coming?

From which show, Emmie? I had to call Etix repeatedly and then finally the email to place the order came, then the items showed up randomly a this past weekend.

Did Fanfire send you a discount code? If they did not then they did not receive a forward from Ticketmaster Canada and you will have to call Ticketmaster.

If you got a discount coupon code then Fanfire hasn't done it yet. Too many middlemen sometimes.

Maybe someone can help me as I am completely out of options. I purchased two "Dream Packages" from etix for the first Philly show (BTW, it *was* an amazing night!) —BUT— I have yet to receive a single "Dream Package" item even though I have written to eTix FOUR times!

Through the help of this Forum's Moderator I did get the Mudcrutch download, but have yet to receive my 2 t-shirts, books or coupons.

Has anyone successfully received their merchandise from an eTix purchase? They have my money, I went to the show, now I'm just trying to get what was promised me. Any suggestions on where to turn to next?

Try calling Fanfire and harassing them. It eventually worked for me after calling/emailing back and forth from one to the other. The shirts are the wrong sizes, but at least they got here.

I ordered 4 dream packages (3rd row dead center, woohoo) for the Ohio show, can't wait!!
Got 4 seperate emails from Fanfire for the free stuff (t-shirt, book, etc.) Had to place each order seperately online, couldn't order over the phone and had to take the shirt they included, no substitutions. (they are still on back order at this point) Then four more emails arrived from Fanfire for the $25 gift certificates. Again, had to use them seperately for online only and had to place four seperate orders and pay the long dollar on shipping for each order. Argued with Ranfire to try to combine the certificates for one order and save about $20 - $30 on the extra shipping costs (read profit for Fanfire) but they wouldn't budge. Here is Fanfire contact info:
