Does anyone know how much this will cost at Best Buy? A message on the Superhighway Tour said it will be available to Superhighway ticket holders for $99, but I didn't see it posted yet. Just curious how much more it will be at Best Buy, and if it's worth buying both the Superhighway Tour and the Deluxe Box Set.

I'm trying to decide the best "route" to take on this, too. Smile I like having CDs, and if you take the Superhighway Tour, you just get downloads, right?

I'd appreciate an analysis and recommendation!

I've been thinking about this too. We don't know what it will cost at Best Buy, presumably more.

My concern is that the deluxe set will be available on 11/22 (two days before the regular box set). If I pre-order the deluxe set through the website, I don't know when I'll get it. I really don't want to wait days while it's being shipped. If I drive the 1 1/2 hours to Best Buy on 11/22, I'll get it right away, but I don't know what it will cost.

A conundrum.

I'm interested in the deluxe set for the extra disc of live tracks, the DVDs and the book. But it sounds like if you sign up for the Superhighway Tour, you can also get the deluxe box set for $99; it sounds like the deluxe box set will be much more if you get it through Best Buy. So I just want to know how much it will be at Best Buy, and how to preorder it through the Superhighway Tour store.

Yeah, it's hard to make a decision when you don't have all the information.

from nick,

without all the information is right on, why don't we have a full track list yet? they should have posted this before the superhighway tour, i don't need to be surprised, i would like to know exactly what the contents are before i decide which version to purchase, if the extra disc on the deluxe set has some songs that i consider must haves, i will pay the money, if it doesn't, i may have gone the super highway route, it is very confusing

I was just taking the free tour of the superhighway and its pretty damn sweet! I LOVE the old clippings from the LA Times, with reviews of shows, even the one in Variety that pans the forum concert.

I was planning skipping the superhighway and going straight to extended package, but now I'm not so sure. I could seriously geek out on this stuff

I've decided that too.

I was amazed at the horrible, insulting review from Variety. They seemed to have watched a totally different concert than all the other reviewers.

I joined the tour, and went to the merch page, and added the deluxe set for 99.00 to my cart. Before you check out, it lists the regular price at 150.00, but on sale for tour members for 99.00 (+ free shipping). It's worth joining the superhighway tour for 24.98 to save 51.00 on the deluxe set. I didn't pre-order the deluxe set yet, but I will.

^Thanks Sings. I just hit the road this morning, listening to Benmont's intro to a A Woman In Love right now. It's going to be some ride this Superhighway Tour. Plenty of carbon offsets too.

The Deluxe is ordered!

...but alright, do what you want, don't try to talk...don't say nothin' she used...she let the little things go...

Oh my, my...time to turn it up!

It's on the superhighway site witi...I don't think a link would work unless you had a membership.

Personally I was surprised at how many reviews were anti Stevie Nicks.

Couldn't it be copy and pasted here?

No because they are on the "Superhighway tour" site as graphics so someone would have to transcribe them by hand...they aren't full text.

I would also think that the band would frown upon people downloading stuff (such as pictures or audio) from their "pay site" and uploading it onto their "free site". They are trying to make a profit off of this after all.

Let's see if this works. You can temporarily register for superhighway for 48 hours (not sure if that's anytime or only 9/29-9/30), and download Nightwatchman and read the reviews, etc. If this link doesn't get you there, you'll have to start at tompettysuperhighwaytour.com to register first. (Scroll down to the newspaper reviews.)

The list price is now $150 for the deluxe set? Somehow I think BB will sell it below that, but obviously unless BB sells it for $120 or lower (figuring there will also be shipping and/or sales tax via BB but presumably not via the club), then joining the SH tour for $25 and then buying the deluxe box at the SH club price of $99 is a no brainer (for those who know they want the deluxe box).
