According to the Superhighway Tour FAQs: quote: I’m not in The United States / Canada / Mexico and want to buy a ticket! No problem. Users outside of these 3 countries are more than welcome to buy a ticket, but will need to go through Ticketmaster to do so. Click here. (http://ticketmaster.com/superhighwaytour)

When isn't there a glitch with Ticketmaster? TM always manages to screw something up, that's why they suck and I wish TPATH would stop running stuff through them. While singing to TPATH, "Quiet Mommy, I'm trying to listen to Thomas." Brett, age 5. After listening to a Mudcrutch show I asked Brett what she thought about the new Mudcrutch music. Her response: "It's great. I didn't know it would be so thrilling." Brett, age 6. "All right, now we're at the part of the show that we just go rip roarin crazy. Are you ready to go rip roarin crazy with me?" Tom Petty 6/28/03 Summerfest Baby, those few hours linger on in my head forever...

OK, I am on the 'preview' and love it - so I want to buy a 'ticket' - but I am in Canada. I don't want to screw this up - should I be gong to Ticketmaster (USA) or TomPetty.com?

Have you gotten your ticket yet?
Thanks for the concern. I did manage to buy a ticket, finally, but then the code doesn't work. Someone from customer service is trying to help me out over there. Frustrating, to say the least!

No-one's got back to me on this over 24 hrs later, and complaints about invalid codes from ticketmaster seem to be going ignored by the admin staff over at the superhighway tour forum. I would advise anyone thinking about using ticketmaster for this to think twice.

OK, well I bought a 'ticket' for the Superhighway Tour on the tompetty.com site - and I'm from Canada. It clearly worked for me as a Canadian, as it was set up with drop-down menus for the Canadian provinces.

Glad yours worked, Swish.
I emailed ticketmaster, and they wanted more details. I gave them the details and added in caps that I did NOT need a copy of the ticket I had bought, and that I triplc-checked I was entering the code correctly.
They emailed me back with a copy of the ticket - with the invalid code, of course.
I wrote again and pointed out I had already told them I didn't need the old ticket - just a working code. They replied saying that they could not help, could not offer a refund, and told me to go back to WB customer service.
Gotta love ticketmaster.

Last week they appeared around 1pm CST... waiting, waiting, waiting... it's 1:30pm.... While singing to TPATH, "Quiet Mommy, I'm trying to listen to Thomas." Brett, age 5. Maybe it took a little longer for that 3rd song...what a tour so far though. For the unbooted, this ride is turning out to be a newly opened treasure chest of gold. (Benmont's intro and the whole Woman In Love... is not making much space for more recent offerings; I can't shake the keys and early intro of that masterpiece)
