About the latest additions: Three Girls & Their Buddy are a songwriter in-the-round set with Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, Shawn Colvin, Buddy Miller.

Works Progress Administration is a new Los Angees supergroup made up of Glenn Phillips (Toad the Wet Sprocket), Sean Watkins (Nickel Creek), Sara Watkins (Nickel Creek), Luke Bulla (Jerry Douglas Band), Benmont Tench (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers), Greg Leisz (Lucinda Williams, Bill Frisell), Pete Thomas (Elvis Costello & The Imposters), and Davey Faragher (Cracker, The Imposters). Good stuff.

Its up the road a little bit. It's always a good festival.

I would say that this is another sign that points to no TPATH tour this summer.

It means I didn't have to go to LA to see the show.

Anyone who can make this should. Telluride is one of the most beautiful mountain valley's in the world. Haven't been there since 1987 when the Grateful Dead played on the baseball field lawn for two days, but one of those places I will never forget.

Bluegrass. Hummmm. Now who do I know who loves bluegrass so much they would travel to the ends of the earth to hear it.

It doesn't appear there will be a European tour, this summer. Someone! Post this in the News Section. aha

Benmont Tench is listed as playing the Telluride on June 21, 2009; so, it doesn't appear there will be a TP&HB tour this year.

I have to think that they interchange different musicians or I guess I think that would be cool.

I really enjoyed listening to the streaming tracks on that site while viewing the photos at the images link.

Hubby and I took a little trip there about 4 years ago.. Beautiful and breathtaking!

I can't wait to see what this band will do. =)
